Shipping Info & Policies

General shipping info

I am based in the US and ship via USPS. All orders except for stickers come with tracking.
Stickers come in a regular envelope to save on shipping costs, and have no tracking.
(If the stickers are bought alongside an item that requires an actual package, then they will have tracking).

If you have tracking you will receive a link to the tracking number within 24 hours of shipping. If you need to change where the package is delivered (e.g. the front door, etc.) you can change it on your tracking page when the item goes into the system, I cannot request this when I mail it.

International customers: If your address is not written in the Latin alphabet, it must be romanized, otherwise it cannot be accepted by the post office.

Example, this Japanese address:
106-0041 東京都港区麻布台1丁目9番地12号

Must be written as:
106-0041 Tokyo-to, Minato-ku, Azabudai, 1-9-12

When are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-5 days after payment is processed.

How long does it take for my item to get here?

Shipping times in the US:

  • Standard shipping is 4-10 days.
  • Priority is 1-3 days.
  • Express is 1-2 days.

Shipping times internationally:

  • Standard shipping is 2-4 weeks.
  • Priority is 6-10 days.
  • Express is 3-5 days.

Take note that at particular holidays such as Black Friday or Christmas, orders may be delayed by a few days as the post office gets high volume of packages. Please plan purchases with that in mind if you intend to order around those times.

It may take longer than projected times above to receive a package, especially internationally, as it is only an estimate and packages can be delayed for many reasons. We appreciate your patience during these times as everyone is working hard!

My package is delayed/lost/in outer space!

Please understand that once the package goes into the mailing system I have no control over it; it is in USPS’s hands after that and I cannot make it go faster.

If there is a problem such as lost package, please contact your local postal branch to start an investigation on the missing package. Do notify me of the issue and I’ll be happy to help after the USPS’s verdict on the package. You can contact me here. If the item is damaged, please snap pictures of the item & package so I can open a case for it.

International customers: Please be aware that an item might be in customs. Any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. I will not change the package value from the order, I could get in legal trouble by doing so.

If an item has been stuck in one place for some time, check or call your local post office to see if it’s being held there for you to pick up. The item value on customs forms is for the total purchased items and doesn’t include shipping.

I put in the wrong address.

Please ensure you double check your shipping address before placing an order. If your order shipped to the wrong address, talk to your local post office for options on intercepting the package. I cannot help you if this happens after shipping. If the post office needs me I will assist.

If the package is shipped to a wrong address, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay again for postage and/or any items that were lost due to incorrect details.

Can I combine orders?

I do not combine orders. If you would like to add an item to your order, please contact me to refund your order and you can make a new one.

If you have multiple orders they will all be shipped separately.

UK/EU Customers

UK customers: Due to VAT laws I cannot ship items to you. I do not have the required license to do business in your country. You may purchase items at my mirror shop at Etsy instead.

German customers: The VerpackG laws effective July 1, 2022 require me to do some kind of expensive partnership registration, but from my understanding this is for huge companies and a small artist like me can sneak by … however I can’t guarantee if the package will get sent back or not due to not having the license. Please keep that in mind.

EU customers: Following the VAT reforms on July 1, 2021, EU customers must pay VAT on their purchases from countries outside the EU. You can read the IOSS laws here.

I will not be collecting VAT on your items, so it is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s VAT taxes and pay them.

Your package will be held ransom at your post office, and you will have to pay somewhere around 20% of the item’s cost (varies per country) to obtain it, otherwise it will get shipped back to me. If your country has VAT/duty tax, you can order on Etsy to pay it up front instead.

Refunds and Returns Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
  • If the item arrived damaged, please contact me so we can work on a solution.
